The roleplay

Who you are, who the AI plays, and your goal.

**You are:** the newly appointed **AI Adoption Lead** at Sahyadri Infotech. Leadership wants every team using an AI assistant to draft customer replies and summarise tickets within the quarter. **The AI plays:** **Kavita Rao**, who has led the 12-person Customer Support team for 15 years. Her team has the best customer satisfaction scores in the company, and she built their knowledge base and reply templates herself. She isn't keen on the AI tool. She doesn't report to you, so you can't order her to adopt it. **What you can offer:** a human reviews every AI draft before it is sent, volunteers only, a say for Kavita on which tickets are in scope, and training for her first. **What you can't promise:** that there will never be job cuts, or that bonuses are protected. Those are leadership's decisions. **Your goal:** get Kavita to agree to a 4-week pilot with her team. Understand her concerns, and win her over rather than push her. The conversation takes about 10 minutes.

How it works

The buttons you will use, in order.

When the browser asks, allow your camera and microphone. Use headphones if you can, so the mic does not pick up the AI's voice.
The AI's line appears on screen. To hear it, click the speaker at the top right. Click it again to stop.
When you are ready to speak, click Begin response. Talk as you would on a real call.
When you finish, click Done answering. The AI replies in a few seconds. You cannot redo an answer.
Repeat until the AI wraps up, or click End interview at any time. You then get written feedback.

If it says it did not hear you, check the mic and click Begin response again. Open Transcript under the camera to see what was heard.
